Our team — made up of disabled consumers, industry experts, and accessibility professionals — carries out a detailed accessibility review.
We assess:
Product usability
Sensory accessibility

Packaging, content, and more
You’ll be rated across key criteria using our scorecard system, with Bronze, Silver or Gold certification levels.
3. Action
You’ll receive a tailored report with practical, achievable recommendations.
We’ll provide:
A breakdown of your score
Specific areas for improvement
Support resources and tools
Optional consultancy and training if needed

4. Certify
Once you’ve met the required criteria, your product or organisation receives the Certified Accessible Mark.
You’ll get:
Official Certified Accessible badge (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
Licensing rights to use the mark in marketing
A spot in our Certified Directory (coming soon)
Ongoing support to maintain and improve your score over time
We’ll also offer badges for additional areas (e.g. website accessibility, in-store experience) where relevant.
