Certified Accessible

About Us

Setting a new benchmark for accessibility in the UK

Certified Accessible was created to challenge performative promises and raise the standard for accessibility in the UK. We’re here to help organisations move beyond surface-level inclusion and embed accessibility into the core of their culture, operations, and offerings.

Because accessibility isn’t a checkbox – it’s an ongoing commitment to people, equity, and systemic change.

What is the Certified Accessible Mark?

The Certified Accessible Mark is a pioneering, disabled-led UK certification that recognises businesses, brands, and institutions that are genuinely committed to accessibility and inclusion. It’s designed for forward-thinking organisations that want to go beyond compliance and make access a core part of their identity – whether that’s in the workplace, on campus, online, or on the shelf.

For consumers, students, and employees, the mark is a clear, trusted signal that an organisation has taken meaningful steps to prioritise accessibility – not just in policy, but in practice. It empowers people to make informed choices about where they shop, study, and work.

Backed by legal, strategic, and lived expertise, our certification process includes a rigorous audit, practical recommendations, and ongoing support. The result? A credible, actionable framework that helps organisations build a more inclusive environment and communicate that commitment with confidence.
